TALK 01
The Secrets of Long Life
What the world's longest-lived elders know that the longevity industry doesn't.
Five continents. Thirty-seven elders. Fourteen verified centenarians. None of them followed a longevity protocol and yet the patterns are unmistakable.
About this talk
We are living through the largest longevity gold rush in history — supplement stacks, biohacking protocols, billion-dollar startups promising to extend the human lifespan. And yet when you actually meet the people who live the longest, healthiest lives on Earth, almost none of them are doing any of that. What Dr. Todd's team found, sitting with elders across Belize, India, Appalachia, Ethiopia, Peru, and Lithuania, wasn't a stack. It was a pattern. The three categories of practice wisdom that every long-lived culture independently arrived at, and what they mean for the future of healthy aging.
What attendees leave with
The three categories of practice wisdom every long-lived culture independently arrived at
A clear, non-commercial framework for what actually drives healthy aging
The science behind why these traditional practices work — inflammation, mitochondrial health, AGE inhibition, cognitive resilience
Specific, actionable dietary and lifestyle shifts that translate elder wisdom into modern life
Ideal Audiences
Longevity and wellness conferences · Integrative medicine CME · Executive wellness programs · Healthcare leadership summits · Longevity, health optimization, and ethnobotany podcasts.

TALK 02
Healing Across Cultures
The convergence of the world's traditional medical systems, and what it tells us about the future of healthcare.
Cultures separated by oceans, languages, and millennia have arrived at the same medical conclusions. That's not coincidence. That's evidence.
About this talk
Something significant happens when you spend long enough sitting with traditional healers from different parts of the world. You start to notice that they agree — on the integration of mind, body, spirit, and environment; on food as medicine; on the role of community in healing; on the molecular targets they aim for when they prescribe a plant. In 2006, Dr. Todd published a peer-reviewed paper proposing that this convergence is not folklore but knowledge worth taking seriously. Twenty years later, his team has tested that proposition across continents and built a clinical case for partnership between modern and traditional medicine.
What attendees leave with
The unified four-component model of health: mind, body, spirit, environment
Published pharmacological evidence that traditional medicines work, including molecular targets for mental health, inflammation, and type 2 diabetes
A framework for how modern healthcare systems can safely integrate traditional healing knowledge
The story of Itzamma — a 22-year community-based medicinal plant garden — and what we lose when traditions like it end
Why 80%+ of the world relies on traditional healing as primary healthcare, and what that means for the future of global medicine
Ideal Audiences
Medical schools and academic medical centers · Integrative and functional medicine conferences · Global health summits · Conservation and biodiversity foundations · Indigenous health forums · Science, medicine, and anthropology podcasts.

TALK 03
Enlightened Medicine
Fx, Nx, or Rx? The order of operations modern medicine forgot.
→ Food first.
→ Nutraceuticals second.
→ Pharmaceuticals when they're the right answer. The order matters, and modern medicine got it backwards.
About this talk
Modern medicine has accomplished extraordinary things. It has also become something it was not designed to be — a business, structured around treatment rather than prevention, reaching for the most expensive tool first and the most fundamental tool almost never at all. Dr. Todd trained in that system and still prescribes within it when it's the right answer. But for twenty years, alongside his clinical practice, he has documented a different order of operations: Fx → Nx → Rx. Food prescription. Nutraceutical smart supplementation. Prescription drugs. In that order. This is the clinical and philosophical case for that order, and the working framework physicians, executives, and patients can implement immediately.
What attendees leave with
The complete Fx → Nx → Rx framework — what each tier means, when to use it, and why the order matters
Clinical evidence supporting food-first medicine: cardiovascular reversal, metabolic recovery, hormonal optimization
A clear-eyed analysis of where modern medicine excels, where it falls short, and where traditional pharmacopeias offer better answers
The "current crisis" thesis — why business-influenced medicine has reached its limit, and what comes next
A practical roadmap for physicians, healthcare leaders, and patients
